By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your name, email address, contact number, delivery address, selected products, sizes, colours, and any other details required to fulfil your order. Once payment has been confirmed and your order enters processing, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once processing has started.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, product availability, and descriptions may change without prior notice. Once payment has been successfully received, your order will be processed within our advertised processing timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, supplier processing times, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Kasual cannot be held responsible for courier delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides, colours, measurements, and selected variants before completing their purchase. Sizing may differ slightly between manufacturers, styles, and production batches. We strongly encourage customers to use the provided size guides to ensure the best possible fit before ordering.

Kasual offers a 7-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. Exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in a condition suitable for resale.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the issue. Once approved, return instructions will be provided, and a replacement or exchange will be arranged where applicable.

Kasual does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, nothing contained in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008). Where South African law requires a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy, Kasual will comply with its legal obligations.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse our Services, interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious software, or use our products or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. Kasual reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, payment irregularities, pricing errors, stock availability issues, policy abuse, or any other circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order responsibly. If an order cannot be completed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options.
